Here is a refreshing recipe just in time for your 4th of July weekend! This is a very simple recipe and you can really put anything you want in it (I decided to stick with red, white, and blue fruit). When I was in Italy one of my cousins made it the same way I did here but also added kiwi and raspberries. No matter what way you decide to make it, it is sure to be a hit!
Macedonia Ingredients: 1 package strawberries, quartered 1 package blueberries 1-2 bananas, sliced 1/2 cup orange juice Combine all fruit in a bowl and pour orange juice over them. Stir to mix in all the fruit with the juice and then refrigerate for an hour and a half. Take our of refrigerator and stir again, then refrigerate for another hour and a half. Serve cold.
